Upgrade

User and team accounts can be upgraded to Pro and Business. See subscriptions.

User Accounts

A user account represents a hyper cloud dashboard user. A Starter account comes with 3 free hyper applications. You may upgrade to one of the paid subscription levels if you desire additional hyper applications or expanded application service limits.

Upgrading from a free to a paid subscription

You can upgrade your personal user account to a paid subscription by performing these steps:

  • Select your user account from the user menu in the upper righthand corner of the page.
  • Select Account Settings from the user dropdown menu.

  • Click the Upgrade button on the Account Settings page.

  • Complete the Upgrade User Account form by selecting a paid subscription level followed by clicking the Complete Payment Setup button.

  • You will be directed to the Stripe checkout page. Provide a billing email address and payment details followed by clicking the Subscribe button.

After successfully completing the Stripe checkout process, you will be directed back to the hyper developer dashboard where you will see your account's subscription level has been updated along with a successful confirmation message.

Updating your subscription level

Once you are subscribed to a paid subscription plan for your account, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan level by following these steps:

  • Contact support@hyper.io and provide the following information:

    • Subject: Upgrade Account or Downgrade Account
    • Account type: User or Team
    • Account name: GitHub Account User Name or Team Name
    • Account Email address
    • Stripe billing Email address
    • Phone number
    • Requested Updated Subscription Level: Business, Pro, or Free

Canceling your paid subscription level

Once you are subscribed to a paid subscription plan for your account, you can cancel your paid subscription plan level by following these steps:

  • Contact support@hyper.io and provide the following information:

    • Subject: Cancel Paid Subscription
    • Account type: User or Team
    • Account name: GitHub Account User Name or Team Name
    • Account Email address
    • Stripe billing Email address
    • Phone number
